Marguerite Harrold

Marguerite Harrold (United States) is the author of poems "Astral Projection" and "Chicago March 22" in Anthology House, a visionary ecology project.

Marguerite Harrold holds a Master of Fine Arts in Poetry (with Honors) from Columbia College Chicago, is a member of the Community of Writers at Squaw Valley, and has attended the Bread Loaf Orion Environmental Writers’ Conference. Harrold recently retired from the Chicago Department of Public Health after twenty years in the Divisions of HIV Prevention and Environmental Health in order to pursue poetry and naturalist work while also traveling the world. In 2016 Harrold earned naturalist certifications in Interpretation and in Conservation and Land Management from The Morton Arboretum. She also holds a Controlled Burn Certification from Chicago Wilderness.
